1. If i buy a premuim account what offer wait for me.............???

If you buy premium you get access to:

* internet explorer 6, 7, 8, 10, 11
* ssh tunnels
* screenshots
* unlimited access, no waiting time
* premium support

2. Can i save my session untill i stop it......???

You can't save a session, but you can keep it open and not close it.

3. can it work when i offfline......??? like i want a site auto reload by addon, can it work untill i stop it..........???

You need to have online access because you connect to our servers that run the browsers.

4. How many browser i open at a time.......??? And can it work at the same time...??? And it also work all running browser when i offline............???

You can open 2 browsers at a time. You can work at the same time. You can't work with browsers offline because you need to be connected to them.
