quick question about chrome plugins

i want to upload html from a chrome plugin and have it rendered in all different browsers, can i do that via the API?

Can you please elaborate on the question? You want to upload HTML from a Chrome plugin? What do you mean by that? From a Chrome extension? What does uploading HTML mean? And then you want to test the uploaded web page in all the browsers?
In any case it sounds like you'll need a dedicated plan. A dedicated Browserling plan lets you customize the browsers, test Chrome/Firefox/Opera/IE/Safari plugins extensions, save and upload files, install software and more.
