SSH Tunnel stuck connecting

I'm testing a local application. I have followed all the steps in https://www.browserling.com/local-testing-on-linux-and-mac.

The tunnel connects without error in the terminal. However, when visiting the tunnel link in the browser it never moves past connecting. What steps could I have gotten wrong when setting up the tunnel?

evey time im searching something when im half way it get disconnected. and im paying the VIP access
