PayPal Developer Plan

I signed up for the developer plan. Paid via paypal and have not received an email, except for the paypal receipt. I need access. How do I get it?

I apologize about the delay. It took a few extra minutes to process PayPal's payment. Your account has now been upgraded to developer plan.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. Paid for the developer plan through paypal and it's saying I still have a free acount.
