Frequently asked questions

The Free Sandbox includes limited browser sessions for quick link checks and product evaluation. It provides a safe, Windows-based online browser environment with temporary, isolated sessions and screenshot capture.

You can safely open suspicious websites and URLs, but advanced investigation features are not included. File uploads, file detonation, and network or IP controls are only available on paid plans.

The Free Sandbox is designed for fast testing and evaluation before upgrading to a full-featured plan.

The plans differ mainly in investigation capabilities, operating system access, networking options, team features, and enterprise controls.

The Analyst plan is designed for phishing triage and suspicious URL investigation. It includes unlimited sessions, Windows 10 and 11 investigation environments, all Windows browsers, screenshots, and disposable sessions.

The Researcher plan adds file uploads and downloads, application launching, proxy and IP controls, multi-OS environments, local testing through SSH tunnels, and team management.

The SOC plan adds advanced capabilities for security teams and larger organizations, including residential and mobile IP routing, admin-level VM control, iOS environments, Single Sign-On (SSO), enterprise support, and custom enterprise agreements.

Yes. The Analyst plan is designed for phishing triage and suspicious URL investigation, with unlimited sessions, no time limits, and built-in evidence capture.

However, the Analyst plan does not support file uploads or file detonation. To safely open suspicious files, emails, and attachments or run deeper malware analysis, you’ll need the Researcher plan.

This plan is best suited for fast, high-volume link investigation without file analysis.

Choose the Researcher plan when your investigations involve untrusted files, malware analysis, or controlled network testing. It's designed for security researchers and teams who need deeper analysis capabilities.

You can upload and detonate files, launch applications inside the sandbox, and run sessions with datacenter or custom IP routing. The plan includes access to Windows, macOS, and Android environments, plus team management features to organize access, coordinate investigations, and manage users across your team.

Choose the SOC plan when your team needs centralized management, shared access, and enterprise-level controls for ongoing investigations.

The SOC plan includes admin-level control over browser environments, access to iOS (iPhone and iPad) environments, and residential or mobile IP routing for more realistic testing conditions. It also supports coordinated workflows with team-wide visibility and control across investigations.

This plan is built for security teams operating at scale and is available with custom enterprise agreements to meet specific security, compliance, and procurement requirements.

Teams are seat-based. Each seat provides Browserling access for one user, and you choose the number of seats based on your team size. Seats can be reassigned to different team members as your organization changes, making it easy to replace users without purchasing a new subscription.

Yes. Single Sign-On (SSO) is included in the SOC plan. SSO lets your organization manage Browserling access through your existing identity provider and centralized authentication system.

Yes. Browserling offers both monthly and annual billing options. Annual plans include two months free compared to monthly billing and are billed once per year.

Yes. Annual subscriptions include a two-month discount compared to monthly billing, lowering the overall cost of your plan.

Choosing annual billing ensures uninterrupted access to your online browser environment while providing better value for teams running ongoing investigations.

This option is ideal for organizations looking to reduce costs and simplify billing with a single annual payment.

Yes. Volume pricing and enterprise invoicing are available for teams and large-scale deployments. Plans can be tailored based on user count, investigation workflows, and rollout requirements.

Contact the team at sales@browserling.com to discuss enterprise agreements, SOC deployment options, and custom pricing for your team.

Yes. Browserling supports standard procurement workflows, including formal quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoiced payments. These options are available for teams and enterprise customers that require structured billing or procurement approval.

Yes. Browserling offers discounted pricing for nonprofit organizations.

We provide special rates for eligible teams based on organization type and usage needs, helping reduce costs.

Contact the team at sales@browserling.com to check eligibility and request nonprofit pricing options.

You can purchase a Browserling subscription using a credit or debit card. We accept major card brands, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and others. We also support PayPal payments, and qualifying business customers can use formal quotes, purchase orders (POs), and invoiced payments.

Yes. Browserling accepts PayPal payments in addition to standard credit card billing. This provides a flexible payment option for individuals and teams.

PayPal can be used for quick, convenient checkout alongside other supported payment methods.

All Browserling pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your payment provider or bank may automatically convert the total to your local currency at the time of payment.

Final charges may vary slightly based on exchange rates and any applicable international transaction fees.

You can find and download your invoices and receipts from your Browserling account. If you can't locate a specific billing document, please contact us at sales@browserling.com and we'll help you.

You can cancel your Browserling subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Log in, open the subscription management page, and select cancel to stop future billing.

After canceling, you’ll continue to have access to your online browser environments and premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
